Add the lid and set the valve to sealing. Set the pressure for 30 minutes.

Remove the pressure by doing a natural release.

Now it is time to shred the chicken or slice. Just do it the way you prefer.

Return the chicken back to the instant pot and stir to combine.

  2. Does the chicken need to be thawed or can it go straight from freezer to the pressure cooker?

  3. Mine kept saying burn and I did it exactly like the recipe with frozen chicken. What did I do wrong?

  4. Oh no! Make sure that you put the broth in first and do not mix the ingredients together to prevent receiving the burn notice on the instant pot.
