What you need for pressure cooker corn on the cob:
- Corn, husked and cleaned
- cold water
For serving:
- Butter
- Salt and pepper
- Parsley
How do you steam corn on the cob in the instant pot:
Clean corn and remove silks. Pour water into Instant Pot.
Place trivet into the pot. Next, add corn to pot.
Close lid and set to High Pressure for 2 minutes.
When finished cooking, immediately release the pressure.
Open lid carefully and remove corn.
Serve immediately with your favorite toppings
