Expert Tips

  • Prepare Chicken Breast – Filet the chicken breast so they are about the same size. You can also pound the chicken with a meat mallet to even thickness. This helps to cook the chicken evenly and about the same time.
  • Seasoning Chicken – Completely cover the chicken with seasoning so it is completely covered with the spice mixture. This helps to give the chicken the best flavor.
  • Meat ThermometerTo make sure the chicken is full cook, use a instant-read thermometer to check internal temperature. The internal temperature should reach 165 degrees when chicken is fully cooked.

I made this recipe and my son loved it. Can you make this recipe with a turkey breast instead of chicken? My son liked it so much he wants the turkey breast cooked like this instead of a regular turkey.
