Instant pot Italian beef sandwiches
This is our go to recipe when we have Game day or need to feed a crowd at dinner. The instant pot does all of the work and makes the beef really tender. Everyone will think the meal was slow cooked all day. It is that tender!
You can easily shred the beef with a fork to make the sandwiches. The peppercinis add so much flavor to the beef and I love to add even more to my sandwich.
Each sandwich gets loaded with provolone cheese for such an amazing dinner. It is so tasty.
If you have children with smaller appetites or need smaller portions for parties or Game day, just use sliders instead of sub rolls. This recipe is so easy to make work for any occasion.
