Variations Ideas
- Change Meat – This recipe will also work great with skinless chicken thighs or drumsticks or wings or even pork chops.
- Seasoning – You can even added seasoning the ranch dry mix if you prefer. Add a teaspoon of cayenne pepper, onion powder, black pepper, kosher salt and garlic powder.
How to Make Grilled Buffalo Chicken
Step 1 – Place boneless skinless chicken breasts, ranch dressing packet, and buffalo sauce in a freezer bag.
Step 2 – Marinade at least one hour.
Step 3 – Remove from the bag and place on the grill.
Step 4 – Cook on high heat for 2 minutes per side, flip and then turn to medium heat. Cook until chicken is cooked through. About 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
Recipe Tips
- Add a Glaze – If you like spicy, you can even brush extra buffalo sauce (not from the marinade) on the chicken right before removing from the grill.
- Cooking Chicken – Cooking time will vary when grilling you chicken. We recommend cooking chicken that about the same size so they cook evenly. Make sure to insert a meat thermometer into the thickest part of the chicken to ensure it is fully cooked. The internal temperature should 165 degrees.
